LAE v3.3

Lore update
most units have all new lore which helps to flesh out this alternate version of Equestria
besides that there are some gameplay changes in this update:

I have given Stonebrakers a new weapon ( a big AP maul)

increased unit prices for most core units they've been way to scary for their price

fixes earth guard and champion of honesty fear. fear 0 is not a thing it seems

gave pegasi patrol and pillage bonuses to represent their new lore

increased alicorn pretender cost again they're way to good for their price

reduced artillery ap because there is no way a Unicorn can pick up a gun and run with it

added new descriptions to most units! what it said on the tin, there is alot of new lore here so I hope you enjoy
